My husband is currently on a medically monitored Ketogenic diet. Honestly I’m not a fan of how most people are doing this diet only because they are not eating the proper foods in the correct amounts. Cheap and poor quality foods on this diet are a huge no-no. It just becomes a crappy Atkins Diet at that point. Pre, during and post diet bloodwork is imperative as is monitoring blood sugars and ketones. In so many words.. be careful ! Quick weightless is not worth it !
Honey has been doing great on this diet! He is down a significant amount of weight in a very short amount of time. I have been very careful making sure his meals are Macro specific and well balance. All 100% organic, pasture raised and as clean as possible. He has incredible will power and has not complained once. I decided to treat him to a little something special today so I made him this fabulous granola. Remember when on a Keto diet, foods like this should not be over indulged in. ¼ cup a couple times a week is all you should be eating. BUT… if not Keto… HAVE AT IT AND ENJOY BECAUSE ITS DARN GOOD! Here’s how…
