Paleo “Cheesy” Chive Biscuits

I love the “I NAILED IT” feeling I get when I make something and it taste just like I imagined it would! These biscuits are delicious, the onion and “cheese” flavor shine through magically ! Guess what ? They also freeze beautifully. I am so excited to share this recipe… I would love to hear some feedback as well.

Paleo “Cheesy” Chive Biscuits

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 15 biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour blanched
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chives fresh or dried
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley dried
  • 6 tablespoons ghee
  • 5 eggs room temp
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • in a large bowl combine the almond flour, nutritional yeast, baking powder, sea salt, chives, onion powder and parsley.
  • Add the ghee, eggs and honey.
  • Using a medium scoop place dough just a 1/2 inch apart on parchment covered sheet pan.
  • Bake until puffy and golden brown, depending on your oven this can take between 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve right away or store in refrigerator or freezer.
