I know, I know there are a million and one guacamole recipes on the internet. I still get asked how I make mine so here I am sharing. I make it the same way… every single time! One of the many things I love about living in the Temecula Valley is my accessibility to AMAZING avocados! Well honestly produce in general. Everything grows beautifully! The Temecula farmers market is always busting at the seams with deliciousness !

Holy Guacamole

I didn’t invent it… but I have perfected it. Creamy, spicy, fresh and mouthwatering delicious. 
Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 hass avocados cubed or mashed
  • 1 small red onion diced small
  • 2 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons favorite hot sauce I used Siete Jalapeño Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a bowl. 
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour before serving
