Bulgogi Beef
If you haven’t tried Bulgogi Beef please make this recipe. The combination of ingredients make this beef so tender and succulent. It is so easy to make, you basically throw all of the ingredients in the blender. Place in a container or zip bag and allow all the flavors to marry and the beef to tenderize. Grill over super high heat and its done. Can be marinaded for up to 3 days before you plan on cooking.
Bulgogi Marinated Beef
Sweet, spicy, tender, meat. The combination of spices make this dish so special! Serve Bulgogi beef with rice, vegetables also amazing in lettuce wraps.
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds flank or skirt steak
Bulgogi Marinade
- 1 whole pear soft, and cored no need to peel
- ½ cup coconut aminos
- ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons korean chile flakes
- 2 limes juiced
Additional Bulgogi Marinade Ingredients
- 4 green onions white and green parts thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the marinade ingredients in the blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Place the marinade, and the additional marinade ingredients with the meat in a large bag or container with top. Marinate for at least 1 day up to 3 days.
- Grill on high for 4 minutes on each side.
