Chocolate Azteca

Chocolate Azteca

I am so proud of my Mexican Heritage. I was born in the United States but raised with very traditional Mexican traditions, ideas and customs. One of those being… THE FOOD! There is nothing in the world I enjoy more than good, authentic Mexican food. With that said a lot of the foods I grew up eating and love make me very sick because of my food sensitivities and stomach problems. I am always looking and searching for ways to recreate these dishes with compromising flavors and traditions. Mexican hot chocolate is a favorite in our home. You will NEVER know there is no dairy in this drink. It is rich and thick, spicy and just flat out perfect!

Chocolate Azteca

Aztec hot chocolate is rich and spicy and probably unlike anything you have ever tried.  This recipe makes a drink that was once very difficult and timely to make a breeze now !  Also jam packed with collagen, protein and fats!
