Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog Roll-Ups
Little secret. I love hot dogs! Seriously it’s my favorite part of going to Costco! Well the samples rock too. Unfortunately my body does not care for the buns. I don’t have celiac but I do have some pretty severe sensitivities to gluten. I started making these and haven’t missed a hot dog bun since. You can serve them whole with my jalapeño mayo or with the classics like ketchup and mustard. You can also slice these up and serve as appetizers at your next gathering.
