Ahi Poke-viche
I have a dear sweet friend named Sara. Sara and her lovely husband Ryan ocean fish. Guess who gets phone calls when they catch something amazing? That would be me! I love that I have friends that truly get me and know that the ultimate way to show me love is with food! If you haven’t noticed that is how I show love. I believe there should be 6 love languages not just 5!
- Words of affirmation
- Acts of service
- Receiving gifts
- Quality time
- Physical touch
- FOOD
Do you agree? When I cook for someone I love I put every thing I have into that dish/meal. I take the time to pick the best ingredients, prepare with love and respect, and nothing (I mean nothing) makes me happier than that first look after the first bite!
So… I had one large piece of tuna left and I was torn between making Poke (my sons choice) and making ceviche (my choice). So… I made both! It was fabulous! I am so incredibly excited to share this !
