Gluten Free Hamburger Skillet

Gluten Free Hamburger Skillet

Be honest, how many of you grew up eating Hamburger Helper? We didn’t have it on a regular basis but we did and I’m not going to lie … I loved it! My mom always added extra cheese to make it extra gooey. I don’t know why I loved it so much but I did. When I started having kids I always thought of ways to continue feeding my kids my favorite dishes without the junk! This is one of my kiddos favorite things to eat, and there are never ever leftovers. You can also get creative and add vegetables like spinach, broccoli or peas. You can change the meat and the cheese as well. My recipe is just a base recipe you can do with it as you wish!
