Oh these Calabrian Chile Roasted Potatoes … my word. Calabrian Chiles in oil are such a game changer. I am so seriously obsessed with them I am looking for seeds to plant them in my garden this year! They are actually pretty spicy but in such a nice way. In the states they are usually found in oil which is nice because they last a long time in your refrigerator after opening them. These little creamy potatoes are roasted with the most amazing seasonings, melted butter and the aforementioned Calabrian Chiles in oil.

Calabrian Chile Roasted Baby Yukon Potatoes

Spicy, crispy exterior and a buttery and tender interior.  
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds baby yukon potatoes cut in half or fourths
  • 4-6 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-3 tablespoons Calabrian Chiles in Oil as much or as little as you like, remember they are spicy
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Toss all the the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. 
  • Place in a parchment covered sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
